Harold Whitehead is a native Californian who earned his BA from CSUS in Political Science with a minor in Business. Harold has over 35 years experience as an International Insurance Broker and Risk Manager. Currently, he serves on the Board Of Directors for the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History, and Del Rey Chateaux Owners Association. He is Chair for the 2015/16/17 Walk to End Alzheimer’s and an active member of the Carmel Chamber of Commerce. Harold volunteers with the Monterey Bay Aquarium as a Guide, Educator, Advisor for the Teen Conversation Leader program and many more. He is a Member of the Carmel and Monterey Chamber of Commerce and the President of HARA Motion Picture Conservatory. He is an elected member of the Staff Parish Relations and the Foundation Endowment committee for Church of the Wayfarer, Carmel, California.
Over the past 30 years, Harold has been involved with all aspect of Real Estate. He has owned, sold and managed multiple properties. His skill and expertise in property management has been invaluable in his capacity as owner of Exclusive Home / Estate Management located in Carmel-by the-Sea. He pays attention to detail which is critical to clients and their property needs.
Pete Bassett – Owner
Pete Bassett is a central coast native and a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California. He came to the Monterey area as the general manager for American Airlines at the Monterey Airport. Pete transitioned to restaurant owner / management. After a rewarding career in the restaurant industry, Pete shifted focus to home/management and concierge services where he could fuse his love for real estate and client relations. Pete also works in conjunction with local realtors hosting open houses and preparing properties for listing utilizing social media and marketing. Pete’s passion and love for home management is shown in how he treats his clients and their homes. Pete treats everyone’s home as if it were his very own!
Pete has been on the Carmel Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is currently the Co-chair for The Walk to End Alzheimers, helped with the women’s homeless shelter in preparing living space for them and also is involved with the Stop Hunger program. He has been instrumental in raising money for non-profits. He is currently the Fund Development Board member for HARA Motion Picture Conservatory. Pete takes pride whether he’s helping others for a cause or caring and attending to someone’s home.
